Thank you for taking the time to support the Annual LifeFest!
Operating as non-profit event organizers, we acquire sponsors to supply necessary funding, and rely on donations and volunteers to help offer a more exciting family event and to assist in offering a more spirit-filled and meaningful program, as well as to help cover rising costs.
Unlike traditional sponsorships that build tiered sponsorship levels, our sponsorships are custom activations that are created for our prospects based on their unique needs and desires.
Our sponsorship activations are designed to function as effective and powerful marketing tools to increase and reinforce our participating partnering sponsors’ brand awareness among their specific targeted niche markets.
We rely on willing volunteers to assist in providing a more spirit-filled and meaningful program, as well as keeping this community event successful year after year. So come and join us!

The Annual LifeFest features three types of vendors:
▪ Small Business Vendors
▪ Corporate Vendors
▪ Food & Beverage Vendors
The Annual LifeFest Small Business Vendors and Corporate Vendors will have a 10’ x10’ Tent Site in Vendor Village for meeting potential business customers and handing out samples and/or literature.
(1-Table and 2-Chairs are provided. Vendors are to supply their own tents)
The Annual LifeFest features local vendors selling their food. We take applications on a rolling basis. Applicants who have been selected will receive an invitation to participate with payment details, terms, and logistics.
Food Vendors are chosen based on need by our planning committee members. Though we would love to, we do not have enough room to fit all of the applicants, and are grateful to you for your understanding.
Each Food Vendor chosen by the ALF Planning Committee and appointed as an Official LifeFest Sponsored Food Vendor will each be responsible for feeding a total of ten volunteer workers each, by providing $100 worth of in-kind meals, utilizing LifeFest meal tickets called “Life Bucks” ($10 value each).
The $100 worth of in-kind meals will be recorded as a $100 non-profit donation and will be used by the vendor as a tax deduction.
