When is the Annual LifeFest?

The Annual LifeFest is, and will always be, on the day (Saturday) before Easter Sunday.

How much does the Annual LifeFest cost?

The Annual LifeFest is Totally FREE to everyone. The food, beverage and maker vendors at the concert are not free and does have a charge.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Outside food and drinks are not allowed at the Annual LifeFest. Please keep this gospel concert series free by supporting our food and beverage vendors.

Where should I park?

Parking for the Annual LifeFest is recommend at the River Center garages or at the Third Street Garage- both are short walks to the stage. You may also find street parking. The Downtown Development District created a parking guide to make visiting downtown even easier.

Can I bring a lawn chair?

Yes! Lawn chairs and blankets are absolutely allowed. Please do not erect any tents, umbrellas or any other structures that will obstruct the view of other attendees. Attendees who set up tents will be asked
to take them down.

Can I bring my dog?

Unfortunately, city ordinance does not allow dogs at public gatherings on city property, so dogs are technically not allowed at the Annual LifeFest.

How can my band play at the Annual LifeFest?

Please visit the To Perform form to submit an email about your band for consideration. Please do not call about your band playing at the Annual LifeFest. We are a very small team, and receive too many inquiries to answer each agent/band call. If you call, you will be asked to email your information.

How can I suggest a gospel artist/group/choir/band to play at the Annual LifeFest?  

Email us using our To Perform form.

How can I get VIP passes to the Annual LifeFest?  

Sponsors receive VIP passes in appreciation for their support. The passes are not for sale. If you’re interested in becoming a sponsor, check out our sponsorship guide and contact us!

How can I sell food or set up a marketing table at LifeFest?  

You can fill out an application to get on the waiting list. All Vendors must be registered members, and we do charge a small fee for vending.

How do I sponsor or donate to the Annual LifeFest?

Visit our ‘To Support’ page and join the Annual LifeFest family. Operating as non-profit event organizers, we acquire sponsors to supply necessary funding, and rely on donations and volunteers to help offer a more exciting family event and to assist in offering a more spirit-filled and meaningful program, as well as to help cover rising costs.
